Shipping Policy
At Rollon Vibe, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure that you receive your orders in a timely manner. Please review the following information regarding our shipping process:
Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are advertised on the homepage of our website. We offer standard flat-rate shipping, ensuring there are no surprises at checkout. Our shipping rates are subsidized to offer great savings for all our customers. Please refer to the current shipping charges on our homepage for the most up-to-date information.
Shipping Process: It will take 2-4 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that we do NOT ship orders the same day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow up to 2 to 4 business days for orders to process. Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that accurate and complete shipping and billing information is provided during checkout to avoid any delays in processing and issues with delivery. If the order was dispatched with the wrong address then it will be customer's responsibility to contact courier service to request rerouting to a new address.
Signature Requirement: Your package may or may not require a signature upon delivery. It is recommended to provide a shipping address where someone will be available to accept the package to prevent any delivery delays or issues.
Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing and 1-4 days for tracking information to show.
Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. If you need to cancel or change your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Extra Shipping Charges: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will be applied for reshipment.
Delivered but Not Received: If tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier to investigate the issue. Rollon Vibe cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states delivery to the order address.
